UB Renewable Energy is an alternative investment fund that focuses on the development and production of renewable energy. We invest in wind power and solar energy, energy storage solutions, and green hydrogen production across Finland and Europe. Our goal is to develop, own and operate energy infrastructure and systems that support society’s electrification, strengthen energy independence, and enable sustainable economic growth.

Raadi Solar Park, Estonia
- The Raadi solar park area is located in the city of Tarto in Eastern Estonia.
- The completed 10.5 MW phase is in commercial operation and supplies renewable energy to the national grid.
- The second phase of the project will add 61.5 MW of additional capacity. Once finalized, the total capacity of the Raadi solar park will reach 72 MW.
- The project site is well suited for the development of energy storage solutions.

Lantonsuo Solar Energy Storage, Lapinlahti
- The Lantonsuo solar energy storage area is located in the municipality of Lapinlahti, in Pohjois-Savo region, Eastern Finland.
- UB Renewable Energy is planning a solar park with an estimated capacity of approximately 58 MWp.
- The project will also include a planned 30 MW battery energy storage system (BESS).
- Current status: Planning.

- The Kemijärvi energy storage area is located in the municipality of Kemijärvi in Northern Finland.
- BESS 35 MW with a 70 MWh capacity.
- Current status: Under construction.

Korpilevonmäki Wind Farm, Säkylä
- The Korpilevonmäki wind farm area is located in the municipality of Säkylä in Satakunta region, Western Finland.
- The wind farm commenced commercial operations in March 2025. The project was developed in partnership with Ilmatar, which also serves as the operational partner.
- The wind farm consists of 6 wind turbines with a total capacity of 38.4 MW.
- The estimated annual production is approximately 125 gigawatt-hours (GWh), equivalent to the annual electricity consumption of more than 6 200 electrically heated single-family homes.

Haapamäki Wind Farm Project, Kiuruvesi
- The Haapamäki wind farm area is located in the municipality of Kiuruvesi in Pohjois-Savo region, Eastern Finland.
- UB Renewable Energy is planning a wind farm of 5 wind turbines.
- Each turbine has a capacity of 7.2 MW, with a total capacity of up to 36 MW.
- The electricity produced by the wind farm would cover the annual energy needs of approximately 5 000 electrically heated single-family homes.
- Current status: Planning.

- The Haarahiltunen wind farm area is located in the municipality of Ranua in Lapland, Northern Finland.
- UB Renewable Energy is planning a wind farm of 9 wind turbines, with potential for expansion if needed.
- Each turbine has a capacity of 7.2 MW, with a total capacity of up to 64.8 MW.
- The electricity produced by the wind farm would cover the annual energy needs of approximately 9 000 electrically heated single-family homes.

- The electricity produced by the wind farm would cover the annual energy needs of approximately 10 000 – 12 000 electrically heated single-family homes.
